Use case
Job Description Express gives HR one place to create, manage, and publish job descriptions for teacher, administrator, and support-staff roles, with a standard structure across the district and control over how each description is displayed.
K-12 HR teams that manage role descriptions and hiring documentation across many positions and departments.
Scattered templates, copied files, and job descriptions that drift in format and quality from one department to the next.
Clear, consistent job descriptions make hiring, evaluation, and public posting easier, and the AI assistant helps keep the whole library at that standard.
AI assistant
The assistant is built into the screens HR already uses. It learns from your district's existing job descriptions and follows your format, so its output looks like it came from your office.
Open any job description and get a refined version in place. The assistant tightens wording, splits run-on duties into clear single-responsibility bullets, uses consistent action verbs, and keeps the district's section structure intact. Each change comes with a short explanation, and potential issues (such as an item in the wrong section) are flagged for review instead of silently changed. A live progress indicator shows where the request stands.
Start from a job title. The assistant checks the district's existing job descriptions and standard occupational data for a starting point, then guides you through the role in a short conversation. Classification questions can be answered or skipped, and the finished draft opens directly in the editor, ready to review.
The assistant never invents duties or qualifications, and it never sets or changes legally significant details like classification, FLSA status, salary, or retirement plan. Those remain HR's decisions. Nothing is published until HR accepts, edits, or rejects the suggestion.
