These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of www.antillesit.com (the "Site"), operated by Antilles Integrated Technologies & Innovations LLC ("Antilles IT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. Use of Job Description Express is governed by a separate customer agreement.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, or information about students.
  • Send spam or automated submissions, or try to get around rate limits or other security measures.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our permission.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Antilles IT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the Antilles IT or Job Description Express names or logos without our written permission. You may view and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

3. Your submissions

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

4. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," for general information only. Content on the Site is not legal, HR, or employment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
