Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Antilles Integrated Technologies & Innovations LLC ("Antilles IT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.antillesit.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. Antilles IT offers Job Description Express, a product for K-12 human resources departments.
This policy covers the Site and the contact form on it. It does not cover information processed within the Job Description Express product on behalf of customers, which is governed by our customer agreements.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form at /contact, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization
- Role
- Topic of interest
- Your message
- Your marketing preference (whether you ticked the opt-in checkbox)
Please don't include sensitive personal information, or information about students, in your message.
Information collected automatically
- IP address. When you submit the form, we use your IP address briefly to limit the number of submissions and prevent spam and abuse. We do not include your IP address in the email that delivers your submission to our team. Like most websites, our servers may also record IP addresses in standard technical logs.
- Spam prevention. The form includes a hidden field that people don't see or fill in. It helps us identify automated spam submissions.
- How you found us. If you arrive through a link that includes campaign tags (for example, UTM parameters such as source, medium, and campaign), we may record those tags, the website that referred you, and the first page you visited on the Site, and submit them with your form so we can understand which marketing efforts are working.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for it to work, and may use analytics to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up on your request.
- Route your inquiry to the right person, including recording it in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and notifying our team.
- Send you an automated acknowledgment that we received your message.
- Protect the Site and the form from spam, abuse, and misuse.
- Only if you opt in: send you marketing emails, product updates, and information about additional services we offer.
We will not send you marketing emails unless you tick the opt-in checkbox on the form. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as follows:
- Email delivery. Form submissions are delivered to our staff by email through Brevo, an email delivery service provider.
- Automation and lead routing. Form submissions are also sent to an n8n automation server that we host ourselves on a virtual private server (VPS). We use it to route inquiries, for example to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, for internal notifications, and to send the automated acknowledgment email.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Antilles IT, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
Our service providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
4. Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and related records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, unless a longer period is required by law. If you opt in to marketing, we keep your contact details for that purpose until you unsubscribe. After that, we may keep a record of your unsubscribe request so that we continue to honor it.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
To make a request, email us at info@antillesit.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still reply to your inquiries or send you messages about an existing relationship.
7. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. These can include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access, correction, or deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
You or an authorized agent can make a request using the contact details below. We will respond as required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may be able to appeal by contacting us.
8. Children's privacy
